This romantic cottage is comfortable and airy with its open plan design.
Located about 50 meters from the main villa and near the upper pool and tennis court, it offers complete privacy and is perfect for a couple or a family of three. Ceiling to floor windows provide for plenty of light all around. Elevated one step to the rear there is a large comfortable double bed, the spacious round bathtub with shower is close by. The toilet is the sole space separated by a door.
The generous living area including a big couch and Flatscreen TV also has room for an extra bed if needed. The kitchen counter is equipped with stovetop, refrigerator, coffee machine and toaster to prepare breakfast or a cooked meal.

The terrace and lawn is surrounded by bushes, a terraced garden of succulents has been landscaped by an enthusiastic garden architect who stayed as a guest. Here you are able to disconnect and drink in the peacefulness of the area and relax completely.

A country estate in the hills of Mijas, on the coast of Andalusia

This rural estate surrounded of organic agriculture, sits nestled just below the charming little white village of Mijas and is only a 10 minute drive away from the beautiful coast with its many beaches. Built at the beginning of the 20^th century has had an extensive renovation and nowadays gathers 6 houses, 2 swimming pools, 3 tennis courts among other amenities.

An extremely relaxing week with friends in a beautiful house with a spectacular view. The ranch has a lot of character and somewhat quirky layouts, but with so much space and multiple buildings on the property to spread out into, we all had our privacy while still enjoying plenty of room to gather. And each room has an AC, which was perfect for sleeping. Truly ended up spending most of our time by the pool and eating meals on the patio enjoying the stunning views up and down the mountain. You’re at least a 10-15 min drive up or down the very steep, windy mountain, so would definitely recommend having a car, but well worth it. Thanks Marc & Pia!

There were 8 of us fortunate enough to stay at the villa in June for a week and what a villa it was with beautiful surroundings. Villa itself had everything we needed and was well equipped. The gardens and pool area were fantastic. We bbq’d most evenings but on three occasions we walked up to mijas pueblo for the restaurants. A very peaceful place to visit. The lovely Marc was on hand if we needed any help with anything. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Would love to go back and visit again…

Wow, Las Brisas...what a wonderful place to do a family reunion or a group of any kind. We spent the month of June 2018 here, booking the entire property for a group of 20 very active retirees from the US and Canada. We were all learning Spanish at the local AEFNIS school in Fuengirola which arranged for their instructors to meet us in our casitas each morning at Las Brisas. Three hours of individual Spanish classes each day flew by and we all improved our comprehension and speaking skills dramatically. The best was then being able to explore the surrounding area in the afternoons and evenings as we headed off to Seville, Cadiz, Ronda, Jerez, Malaga, Estepona, Tarifa, Gaucin, Cordoba, Frigiliana, Nerja, Granada and the incredible Caminito del Rey...all easily reached and explored in quick drives yet still being able to come back home each evening to sleep in our own comfortable beds in the quiet and gorgeous surroundings at Las Brisas. An adventure a day for four straight weeks! Another unique pleasure of living at Las Brisas is the ability to walk up to nearby charming Mijas for morning coffee and churros...or evening tapas and wines at the many wonderful restaurants that this internationally known hilltop village offers. The town transforms itself every evening from a destination for people from around the world...into a thriving locals village each evening, with the residents out on their doorsteps, in the cafes' gossiping about the day...offering greetings and enjoying the spectacular weather Spain seems to offer year-around. Las Brisas offers exactly what everyone dreams of for their time in Spain! We do Spanish immersion programs around the world and this is a place that is not to be missed, easily a 10 on a 10 point scale...if we could give it an 11 we would. Our participants were so impressed, we will be back for the Semana Santa festivities for the month of April in 2019. Booking the entire facility again for our own private oasis of comfort and beauty.

WOW this was one of the most amazing accommodations we have ever stayed in. Pristine clean, has got the wow factor inside and out. Everybody was so helpful and nice from when we booked with the owner Pia and Corrine who met us there with keys to the 2 most helpful gardener and cleaner. Gardener bought us fresh lemons , avocados , mangos. Nothing was to much trouble. The peacocks that wondered around were amazing, so tame. Very quiet and relaxing place, the pool was clean and very secluded, good swim every day. We will be going back again, many thanks for 2 weeks great holiday.

We booked Las Brisas for a week to practice for the upcoming tennis season. The tennis courts are well maintained and we had a lot of fun during our stay. The property is really spacious and offers a lot of room for a BBQ and dinner by the pool. We are definitely coming back next year!
