1. Peace, Privacy & Consideration
- As privacy is highly valued at our property, parties and loud music are not permitted.
- Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors.
- The swimming pool and tennis court can be booked for exclusive use to guarantee undisturbed private enjoyment.
2. Access to the Finca
- Access is limited to the guests registered in the booking.
- Day visitors (no overnight stay) are only permitted with prior approval.
3. Deposit / Damages
- A damage deposit must be paid before arrival.
- It will be refunded after departure, provided no damages have occurred.
4. Events
- Weddings, bachelor(ette) parties, or similar events are not permitted on the property.
